FAQ
    • Q Who can participate?
      v
      All KRAFTON employees are eligible.
*HQ (including regional offices), KRAFTON Family (including domestic and global studios, and subsidiaries).
*China excluded due to issues regarding access to AI tools.
    • Q Can I participate as a team?
      v
This program focuses on individual understanding and participation in the core values, so it operates on an individual participation basis.
    • Q Can one person submit multiple entries (or use multiple accounts)?
      v
Multiple participations by the same person are not allowed. Submitting through alternative accounts is also restricted under the same rules. (Submission using a company email is mandatory).
    • Q What needs to be submitted?
      v
You must submit 5 types of AI character images (one for each core value) along with a description for each character (relevance to the core value, intent, tools/prompts used).
    • Q Can I submit the 5 characters combined into one image?
      v
No, you cannot. Each character must be submitted as an individual file (one file per character). Submissions that do not comply with this requirement may be excluded from evaluation. If non-compliance is identified after selection, awards may be revoked.
    • Q Can I mix character types (2D/3D)?
      v
You can create them freely, but maintaining overall consistency in tone/type is recommended.
    • Q How detailed should the character descriptions be?
      v
Please write them at a level where the rationale for the connection to the core value, the intent, the tools/prompts, and the production approach can be clearly understood.
    • Q Are prompts mandatory to submit?
      v
Providing a shared link to verify the used prompt contents and indicating the AI tools used is mandatory. (This includes the purpose of checking IP and copyright issues).
    • Q Is there a language restriction for prompts?
      v
There are no language or format restrictions, but they must be submitted in a form that the judges can understand.
    • Q What are the allowed file formats?
      v
You can submit single image files (jpg, png, etc.) per core value. Submitting compressed files like zip is not allowed.
    • Q Are there any resolution/aspect ratio guidelines?
      v
There are no specific resolution or aspect ratio guidelines. However, please ensure the images are clear enough to review, and keep the file size under 10MB per file.
    • Q What AI tools can I use?
      v
      Approved AI Tools:
Participants may use the enterprise AI tools provided by the company, including:
ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Gemini Pro, Amazon Q Developer, ClovaNote, Cursor, DeepL, GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot, and Perplexity.
      Use of Personal AI Tools:
To encourage diverse approaches and broader participation, the use of personal AI tools that participants already own is also permitted.
(Note: Please refrain from purchasing new paid tools solely for this contest. We recommend using reliable tools that explicitly allow commercial use under their terms of service.)
      Important Notes:

Gemini Pro Availability: Due to limited license availability, Gemini Pro will not be provided company-wide during the contest period. Please refer to IT announcements for details.

Data Security: Uploading company-related information or work outputs to unauthorized AI tools or external platforms is prohibited.

As such, the use of AI tools that upload users' prompts or outputs to their service, or otherwise allow other users to view/use/re-generate user prompts/outputs is prohibited.

    • Q What happens if I use AI tools that do not meet the approved usage criteria?
      v
If you use AI tools that do not permit commercial use or lack verified reliability, you may still be able to submit images; however, your entry may be disqualified during the prompt evaluation phase, or any subsequent awards may be revoked.
    • Q Can I post-edit the AI-generated results?
      v
No. Only original images generated using AI tools are eligible for evaluation. Images that have undergone separate post-editing or reprocessing may be excluded from evaluation, or the award may be revoked.
    • Q Can I use commercial assets/models together?
      v
The following cases may be excluded from evaluation, or the award may be revoked

Importing and synthesizing pre-made commercial image assets.

Applying paid / custom models from specific platforms.

Using learning models that strongly reflect a specific artist's or character's style.

Mixing external sources for sale to create the result, rather than newly generating it entirely with AI.

    • Q Can I reference external images or specific IPs?
      v
Direct use of specific IPs, or submitting assets/models with a style reminiscent of specific IPs—even unintentionally—may result in exclusion from evaluation, or the award may be revoked.
    • Q Can I share it on personal social media before the contest ends?
      v
No. External disclosure, such as on personal social media or communities, is strictly prohibited before the internal campaign officially goes live and there is a separate notice allowing disclosure of personal entries. (If early posting on social media is verified, the submission may be subject to exclusion from evaluation or cancellation of the award.)
    • Q Can I use prompts made by others or publicly available prompts as they are?
      v
While referencing is permitted, please avoid directly copying or reproducing someone else's prompts for your submission. The submitter bears full creative responsibility for the final entry. If a submission is found to infringe upon third-party rights, it may be excluded from evaluation, or the award may be revoked.
    • Q Can I submit revisions after the deadline?
      v
Receipt/modification is not possible after submission or the deadline.
Resubmission is allowed during the operation period, and the most recently submitted work will be treated as the final entry.
    • Q Can the operation schedule change?
      v
It is subject to change depending on operational circumstances. In case of any changes, we will notify you immediately through the announcement channels.
    • Q Where should I direct my inquiries?
      v
Please submit them through the contest operation inquiry channels (announced email/form/person in charge).
    • Q Can an exception be applied if normal submission was difficult due to system failure?
      v
If a verifiable system failure is confirmed, we will review the time of occurrence and the scope of impact, and determine whether to apply an exception according to the operational standards.
    • Q What are the judging criteria?
      v
Judging is divided into a 1st round and a 2nd round.
The 1st round is evaluated by internal experts (50 points), and the 2nd round operates with additional points from an employee vote (50 points). The final score is calculated out of 100
    • Q How will the winning entries be announced?
      v
We will inform the winners through both official announcements and individual contact.
    • Q Where will the winning entries be utilized?
      v
Due to the AI service policy, they may be processed and used for corporate branding content, etc. Accordingly, by submitting an entry, you are considered to have agreed to its use for corporate branding.
    • Q Is it allowed to use the submitted entry for personal purposes, or modify it for external disclosure?
      v
No. The submitted results are considered KRAFTON's "work-for-hire," and all related ownership and copyrights (if any) belong exclusively to KRAFTON.
Therefore, regardless of whether it is selected as a winning entry, you must not disclose the submission (including any secondary processing or remaking) externally or use it for personal purposes without prior approval from KRAFTON.
